Stephen Rowe was born and raised in West Texas City, but attended Clear Brook High School and graduated in 2016. He then was afforded the opportunity to play football for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and received his bachelors in Accounting and Business Management in 2021. He currently works for the Galveston County Auditor’s Office as an Accountant and is finishing up his Master’s in Accounting through the same school he attended for his undergrad work. He is the son of Gene Rowe Jr. and Toni Rowe and has a little sister named Sarah Rowe. He attends Westward Street Church of Christ in Texas City, Texas where his father is the Minister and he is the Minister of Music.
